remove the unreserved keyword list since it isn't useful

everywhere:
  TRSimple: replaces the TRQualified
  Iden
  App name
  AggregateApp name
  WindowApp name
  operator names (not sure if this is used in ansi sql)
  explicit table
  function in from clause
